Role Overview – Associate, Client Service Team

• Act as the key link between clients and industry experts, bridging knowledge gaps.
• Work closely with clients to understand needs and source experts with relevant experience.
• Conduct targeted industry and company research to identify best-fit experts.
• Reach out to potential experts via phone, email, and professional networks to assess relevance.
• Facilitate expert-client connections to address specific business questions.
• Build core skills in sales, time management, prioritization, negotiation, and professional communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze client briefs to identify knowledge gaps, then conduct comprehensive research on industries and companies to source the most suitable experts.
• Initiate outreach via phone calls, LinkedIn, and emails to connect with potential experts.
• Rigorously assess expert profiles to ensure alignment with client needs, maintaining a strong focus on quality and relevance.
