(*) Consulting Capability:

• Collaborate closely with clients to understand internal challenges, analyze root causes, and deliver practical solutions aligned with each company’s strategic direction.
• Conduct surveys to identify obstacles in organizational structure and operations.
• Develop improvement plans based on a thorough assessment of strengths and weaknesses.
• Work alongside clients to implement initiatives and ensure their long-term effectiveness.

(*) Market Expansion: Actively seek and establish partnerships with new clients, with a particular focus on Japanese enterprises and globally operating companies.
