JOB SUMMARY:
- Responsible for the sales and marketing of EP Products by providing clinical consultation, teaching and support on the use of the products and its appropriate application in the clinical setting.
- Provide consultation to customers on the complete Electrophysiology product line.
- Provide accurate technical support and troubleshooting to develop business in the territory.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Achieve sales targets for assigned accounts
- Coordinate all necessary marketing, education, tenders, invoicing and logistics related matters for assigned accounts.
- Provides formal in-service / education to Electro-Physiologists
- Demonstrates a thorough understanding of product and technical knowledge; including cardiac mapping and ablation techniques.
- Provide expert clinical consultation on the use of our system to the Electro-Physiologists and lab support staff.
- Initiate, develop, expand and maintain excellent customer rapport and relationship.
- Exhibit sound business sense and logic when utilizing assigned expense budget.
- Participate in on-site procedure observation to ensure new product evaluation is successful, utilization is encouraged, customer and personal technical knowledge is enhanced, and customer rapport is developed.
- Provide timely and comprehensive market information to management as requested.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum Diploma in Biomedical Science
- Preferably with a Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical, Pharmaceutical or related field
- Preferably with related hospital working experience, familiar with workflow and processes in the hospital
- Candidates without related qualifications but with related working experience will be considered.
- Some sales experience is preferred
