MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
- Support the Cluster General Manager in overseeing daily business operations, ensuring efficient processes and high standards of service delivery of 2 properties.
- Works closely with Sales and Marketing team to develop revenue generating strategies for property; identifies new business leads, develops tailored sales approach, and actively pursues leads with Sales and Marketing team.
- Ensures sales and marketing strategy is aligned with brand strategy and is effectively executed against established goals; ensures property leaders understand and leverage Hotel/Resort demand engines to full potential; augments guest preference for property through booking ease and quality interactions with sales force.
- Manage and supervise staff across various departments, providing training, mentorship, and performance evaluations to promote growth and productivity.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports to track progress toward organizational goals, identifying areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, maintaining a safe and efficient workplace.
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize workflows, implement best practices, and enhance interdepartmental communication.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a focus on resolution and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Assist in developing and executing strategic plans to achieve financial and operational objectives, including revenue growth and cost management.
- Oversee inventory management, supply chain processes, and vendor relationships to ensure smooth and cost-effective operations.
- Be in charge of the hotel in absence of Cluster General Manager according to given authorization.

- Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of hotel management operations experience in luxury Hotel, Resort. Prior luxury resort experience is essential.
- Sales & Marketing background preferred
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on optimizing processes and driving operational efficiency.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with staff, engage with customers, and work effectively across departments.
- Experience managing budgets, monitoring expenses, and contributing to financial decision-making to achieve profitability targets.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive workplace culture focused on growth and accountability.
