What you will do
- Review content topic and content channel for compliance with the product’s community guidelines and terms of service to ensure content qualified demand;
- Assist in content quality & quantity control workflow;
- Coordinate with supervising departments for timely management of content that violates our policies;
- Report & data analysis on content moderation in daily/weekly basis.
What you will need
Qualification
- Bachelor (collaborator level) or junior/senior year in university (internship level) active user and keen interest in video products;
- Having experience in BPO/content moderation and content analysis is preferred;
- Familiar with local regulations, Vietnamese culture terms in particular reviewing video content is preferred;
- Have good sense and standards for high quality content.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to work in a high tempo environment, respond to day-to-day challenges and quick adaption to the changes;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
