MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:
JOB MISSION/OBJECTIVE:
Assist in Clinic plans for all kind of content-material for MKT activity
Create engaging, relevant, and value-driven content that strengthens the brand’s online presence, connects with the clients.
JOB DUTIES & REPONSIBILTIES:
Create and organizing various MKT content
Follow up market research, market trends and competitors
Conduct MKT plan to launch new services and product
Create ideas and catch up trends to develope social media plan.
Writing, editing and publishing content for POSM, website and social networks (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube).
Optimizing social media posts (language, tone, message) based on our target audience’s behaviors (almost women 20 - 45y.o).
Selecting appealing images and videos to complement text.
Coordinate with internal teams to produce posts, videos.
Track and report on website metrics and social media insights (traffic, engagement, conversion rates)

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC:
Diploma or University
Proven work experience as a Social Media Copywriter or similar role.
Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video).
Expertise in content writing skills with vary types (e.g. advertising content, storytelling...).
Have knowledge about beauty care (skin care, skin treatment technology).
Hands-on experience using various social media platforms to advertise.
Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics).
Good in English communicate and writing skills.
Basically use Photoshop, Canva,... is a plus.
THÔNG TIN KHÁC:
Probation: 2 months of probation with full salary
Working time: 08:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday, alternative Saturday

Annual leave:
- 15 working days: from full 1 year to less than 3 years;
- 16 working days: from full 3 years to less than 7 years;
- 22 working days: from full 7 years or more to less than 37 years.
