You ensure that customer plans are developed and executed by supporting the delivery of strategies and tactics for growth. You understand the business metrics and financial drivers needed to unlock profitable growth for Mondelēz International and our customers and work with key account managers to implement plans to deliver our annual target.
How you will contribute
You will:
- Leads the development of the trade marketing part of the category annual plans (contract process)
- Understands market dynamics / consumer insights by channel to participate on trade marketing strategic decisions
- Leads the business planning meeting where the sales quotas are built in order to accomplish the annual plans based on relevant building blocks
- Suggests and influences investment in category building blocks, according to category and channel need, and is accountable of execution excellence at point of sale
- Follows up the competition’s commercial activity in the category in order to detect business opportunities and potential threats for the brand
- Plays a leadership role within the multi categories teams by leading, providing accurate and relevant channel point of sale information that will lead to find business opportunities such as innovations, customer promotions, portfolio, pricing, etc. that will lead to achieve multi categories targets

What you need to know about this position:
1.TRADE PROMOTION MANAGEMENT (TT - PTM)
*TPM: Optimize all trade investment to deliver incremental growth and higher ROI thru Promo guidelines, promo effectiveness and trade terms
Trade Promotion Management (TPM) lead :
- System Design Completion for holistic TT Go-live : manage to close all Change Request for PTM to customized additional functions in Navigator V9 to adapt to market request : Complete Multiple RE planning function ( Go Live in Jun’25) , Complete sync data to FPT vs AMEA Data Hub
- System Transition Management : Ensure smooth transition to NVG V9 from current manual planning to system only, proactively handle challenges of transition related to internal process to market execution from sales to distributors to retailers.
- Key contact of TT TPM in Vietnam . Coordinate with Regional Project team to execute trade event, report issues, malfunction to resolve issues, improve, enhance systems, customize for Viet Nam market.
- Maintain SOPs relating to Navigator with strong understanding of ALL end-user functions in Navigator .
Trade KPI Tracking & Navigator Reporting
- Establish live dashboard of GT Trade Promotion from NVG 9
- Understand all guideline, content, principle for program to design template for each activity.
- Mapping, evaluate, check and record the result for each activity and send out the report with comments.
Other: Cross check for system & data, remove barrier for system issues or other issues … to make the report with high accuracy & send out report on-time
Master Data Excellence
- Lead execution of Master Data process including baseline input , data creation, extension , maintenance, and management in Navigator
- Monthly reconcile Trade activities announcement to Distributor and collect all documents send to SO, Distributors, Finance follow audit guideline.
2.POST EVENT ANALYTIC (PEA )
Vietnam PEA adoption Project lead :
- Kick start of project with regional team to form up project team with clear timeline , budget , key deliverables and implementation.
- Change management : Establish understanding and structure of PEA to key stakeholder with training sessions and provide on-going support to users, ensuring they understand the app’s features and benefits
- Lead of Feedback Loop to technical team to continuously improve user experience and app functionality up to market conditions and requirement
- Identify base factors vs incremental factors for PROMOTION ANALYTICS . Utilize data analytics to monitor performance , track KPIs and provide insights that inform trade marketing strategies and decisions
Engage to cross function to discuss and align on the Proposal to optimizing/ rebalancing our investments in a way to drive higher growth
3.GT RETAILER APP
Retailer App Project Lead :
- Project Management : lead the end-to-end development of the Retailer App, coordinating with cross-function team including Sales , Sales Operation, Finance, Legal , Marketing, CRP and agency .
- Stakeholder management : Collaborate with sales team and Trade marketing team to gather feedback and insights , ensuring the app meets their requirement and enhances user experiences
- Strategic Planning : Develop and implement strategies to promote the app among retailers , driving adoption and engagement of key stakeholder to maximize the impact of app to business delivery
- Content Strategy: Oversee the development of digital content and marketing materials that support trade initiatives, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding with Brand Campaign and Trade Activities .
- Performance Monitoring: Analyze app performance metrics and user feedback to continuously improve the app’s functionality and user experiences
- Budget Management : Oversee budget planning for app development and marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with finance framework.
- Training and Support : Develop training materials and support resources for retailers to facilitate smooth on-boarding and usage of the app
4. E-SIGN DOCUMENT FOR PROMOTION ANNOUCEMENT
Project Lead :
- Project Management : lead the end-to-end development E-sign document for promotion annoucement with stakehodler CPA – Sales Operation – Legal – Finance – Audit
- Training and Support : Develop training materials and support resources for stakeholder
5.GT TRADE DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION TO SIMPLIFY PROCESS
GT TRADE Digital Transformation :
- Process Optimization : analyse current trade marketing process, identify areas for simplification and implementing digital solutions to enhance operation efficiency .
- Technical implementation: lead the selection and deployment of digital tools and flatforms that support trade marketing efforts
- Innovation and Testing: foster a culture of innovation by encouraging the exploration of new digital solution / techniques and conducting pilot program to assess their effectiveness
- Establish and maintain Best-In-Class GT Trade Reporting with empower of BI

- Commercial and financial acumen proven with 8+ years of experience
- Reducing complexity using an analytical, disciplined and collaborative approach
- Synthesizing multiple data points and sources into a holistic position

- Proactive problem solving attitude
- Excellence in MS Excell (incl. VBA) and Powerpoint
- Knowledge of Tableau, Power BI and market data reporting would be an asset (Nielsen Discover, CMR, Focus)
- Working in a fast-moving consumer goods or consumer packaged goods environment a distinct advantage
- Customer and category knowledge a distinct advantage
- Working in a FMCG with customer and category knowledge would be an additional advantage
- Fluent in Polish & English

Education / Certifications:
Bachelor/ university degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Finance or equivalent is required
Job specific requirements:
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills required
- Minimum 8 years of sales and/or finance experience in CPG or retail industry
- Self starter
Travel requirements:
- Occasional travel to customer head office (post-covid restrictions)
