Role Overview:
As a Creative Content Manager, you will lead the development and execution of content strategies and narratives across MMusic’s brand projects, campaigns, and owned IPs. You’ll sit at the core of our creative process, where cultural relevance meets storytelling, and where ideas connect brands, fans, and artists.
This role demands both imagination and structure — you’ll own the content from ideation to production, shaping MMusic’s campaigns and co-branded experiences with some of the biggest names in entertainment and marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Content Leadership
Translate brand goals, creative strategies, and cultural insights into compelling content plans across MMusic’s brand partnerships and IPs.
Design storytelling frameworks that support each project’s objective — from awareness to fan engagement to brand love.
Ensure all content aligns with MMusic’s creative vision and the values of our partners.
2. Campaign & Project Ideation
Develop creative content ideas for 360° campaigns (digital, social, experiential, branded content).
Contribute to creative pitches, concept decks, and storytelling presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with the Creative Director and cross-functional teams to bring bold, fresh, and culturally relevant narratives to life.
3. Production Management & Creative Execution
Oversee the execution of content assets from concept through production, ensuring consistency in tone, look, and feel.
Manage content calendars, production schedules, and creator briefings.
Work with a network of creators, freelancers, and production houses when needed.
4. Cross-Team Collaboration
Partner with Strategy, Account, Fan Business, and Artist teams to ensure alignment across all workstreams.
Support co-creation with artists, fans, and brand partners to drive meaningful, community-driven content.
Serve as a creative anchor in key project teams — especially for campaigns related to GENFest, fandom activations, or brand partnerships.
5. Content Performance & Innovation
Review and optimize creative outputs based on audience engagement and platform performance.
Stay on top of emerging formats, creator trends, and new storytelling methods.
Regularly contribute to internal learning by sharing benchmarks, case studies, and creative inspiration.
Qualifications:
4–6 years of experience in content creation, brand storytelling, or campaign management (agency or brand side).
Proven portfolio of multi-platform content work (social, branded campaigns, video, or cultural activations).
Strong understanding of creative and content workflows — from concept to execution.
Confident communicator and collaborator who can lead teams, manage timelines, and present ideas with clarity.
Deep passion for culture, music, entertainment, and youth communities in Vietnam.
Bonus: experience in artist-related content or co-branded projects with a cultural footprint.
