Job Description:
We are seeking a fluent English & Vietnamese-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our international team at Callnovo. In this role, you will provide post-sales support for e-commerce platforms, ensuring exceptional service across languages and cultures.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Handle customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in English & Vietnamese
✔ Resolve post-purchase issues (returns, refunds, order tracking, product FAQs)
✔ Guide customers through platform troubleshooting and account management
✔ Document cases in CRM systems and escalate complex issues when needed
✔ Meet KPIs for response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction (CSAT)
Requirements:
✓ Fully fluent in English & Vietnamese (written & spoken)
✓ 1-2 years of e-commerce customer service experience
✓ Tech-savvy with CRM tools (Zendesk, Shopify, etc. is a plus)
✓ Strong problem-solving skills and patience with frustrated customers
✓ Ability to work remote/VOIP setup with stable internet
Preferred (But Not Required):
✦ Experience with Shopee, Lazada, Tiki, or Amazon
✦ Basic knowledge of cross-border logistics
