We are looking for Full Time Online Global Customer Service Agent to join our team.
**Must be Fluent in English (verbal & written), Vietnamese.
Rodd & Gunn New Zealand is one of the fastest growing Men’s Clothing brands in France, Belgium, USA, Canada, UK, Singapore, Australia and New Zealand now with over 64 retail lodges, 140 shop in shops, and 280 wholesale doors including Hudson’s Bay, Nordstrom, and Nieman Marcus just to name a few.
We provide our customers with a 24/7 x 365 omni-channel experience known as the e-Lodge, our online customer service team. We provide global customer service, live chat, phone contact, loyalty support and styling assistance, anytime, anywhere.

ABOUT THE ROLE
- Responding and solving customer enquiries across emails, phone and live chat
- Managing/Processing customer returns globally
- Completing daily checks across multiple systems
- Sourcing of stock to fill orders
- Arranging stock collections for dropship partners
- Coordinating and connecting customers with internal departments
Other tasks required
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Must be Fluent in English (verbal & written), Vietnamese. IELTS level of 8 or higher
- A Tertiary Education
- Experience with Zendesk or similar CRM
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced sales environment
- Time management skills and ability to multitask and strong problem solving skills
- Passion for delivering world class customer service as a storyteller and relationship builder.
- Knowledge of men’s fashion, garment construction, trends, wardrobe essentials, fit and fabrication highly advantageous
