Mô tả công việc:
(Mức lương: Từ 13 triệu VNĐ)- Respond and handle imcoming orders from customer
- Ensure response of order status to customer within 24 hours
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers.
- Coordinate with freight forwarder, shipping line, airline… to ensure timely and efficient in delivering the goods to customer.
- Work Purchase Orders to supplier to keep close control on goods arrival and ensure healthy stock level.
- Handle daily, weekly and monthly report to manager
- Perform other job as directed by the manager

Yêu cầu công việc:
- Bachelor's degree in international trade, logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in import/export operations is an advantage
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
- Fluency in English is essential
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Be smart, honest, hard working, able to work under pressure .
