Respond promptly to email and phone inquiries from clients, overseas agents, and internal teams.
Send shipment status updates to customers to ensure transparency and satisfaction.
Provide monthly updated quotations for import and export services, including LCL and FCL shipments.
Accurately input charges and costs into the internal system for both export and import files.
Coordinate co-load shipments to prevent mismatches and reduce financial discrepancies at destination.
Review and verify invoices from overseas agents/consignees.
Prepare and send arrival notices and customer invoices in a timely manner.
Share vessel schedules with shippers (export) and manage routing orders to origin agents.
Liaise with local carriers and transshipment hubs regarding DG (Dangerous Goods) cargo approval and documentation.
Follow up on Statements of Account (SOA) to ensure accurate reconciliation.
Monitor and support on-time delivery of cargo, especially for export shipments.
Conduct telemarketing to assist business development efforts and generate leads.
Handle import-related phone inquiries when the import team is unavailable.
Respond to questions from local and overseas freight forwarders regarding shipments and procedures.
Coordinate with overseas offices for clarification on netting issues.
Send quotations and booking confirmations to clients efficiently and professionally.

Yêu cầu công việc:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
2–5 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding / NVOCC, with solid exposure to LCL and FCL operations.
Familiarity with shipping documentation, ocean freight procedures, and Incoterms.
Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication in both Vietnamese and English.
High customer orientation with the ability to interact with diverse personalities.
Able to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently under pressure.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with logistics/CRM systems.
