The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Junior Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual eager to kickstart their career in strategic partnerships within the fast-paced Fintech and BFSI landscape. You will play a crucial supporting role in identifying, engaging, and nurturing relationships with key players in the financial sector, contributing directly to Fiza's expansion and the strategic integration of financial services into the Zalo ecosystem.
What you will do
As a Junior Business Development Executive (BFSI), you will:
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough research to identify potential BFSI partners (banks, insurance companies, financial institutions, fintechs) that align with Fiza's strategic objectives and the Zalo ecosystem's needs;
- Lead Generation Support: Assist in the initial outreach to prospective partners, including preparing introductory emails, presentations, and other communication materials;
- Partnership Support: Provide comprehensive support to senior Business Development Managers throughout the partnership lifecycle, from initial contact to negotiation and deal closure. This includes scheduling meetings, preparing meeting agendas and minutes, and organizing relevant documentation. Contribute to the creation of compelling proposals and presentations for internal and external stakeholders;
- Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Product, Technology, Marketing, Legal, and Operations to ensure smooth integration and successful launch of new BFSI initiatives;
- Data Management & Reporting: Assist in tracking partnership performance metrics, maintaining CRM records, and preparing regular reports on business development activities and progress.
What you will need
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field;
- Experience: 1-2 years of professional experience in business development, sales, account management, or a related role. Prior internship experience in the BFSI, Fintech, or technology sector is a significant plus;
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Vietnamese and English (preferred). Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely;
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with an aptitude for understanding market dynamics and identifying opportunities;
- Proactive & Eager to Learn: A self-starter with a strong desire to learn, grow, and take initiative in a dynamic environment;
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively and collaboratively within a team-oriented setting;
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with the Zalo ecosystem and a genuine interest in mobile technology, digital payments, and financial services;
- Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
