(Mức lương: 10 - 12 triệu VNĐ)- Handle emails and phone calls with an eloquent approach and resolve queries or issues in a well-spoken manner
- Connect clients with service providers
- Serve as the primary contact for service issues, complaints, major changes, and plan reviews.
- Promote services to new clients
- Manage client's budgeting information and assist with plan reviews by evaluating goal achievement, solving implementation issues, and setting new goals.
- Do other admin tasks such as: generate monthly reports, create service agreements, service booking, etc.
- Take on other ad-hoc duties and admin tasks
- Ensure confidentiality of all customer and organizational information.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Collaborate with team members to meet KPIs and report to team leaders and managers.

Yêu cầu công việc:
- Candidates with experience in Customer Service at international companies will be given priority.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English (IELTS 7.0).
- Strong interpersonal, listening, and written/verbal communication skills.
- Ability to adapt communication style and resolve conflicts.
- High numeracy and literacy.
- Friendly, team-oriented, and capable of working under pressure with accuracy.
- Good organizational and task-management skills.
- Proactive and innovative in work.
- Accounting or finance background is a plus.
