Responsibilities:
- Teach both offline and online classes.
- Collaborate with academic and other teams to ensure learning outcomes and enhance the learning experience.
- Support onsite tasks such as placement tests, 1-on-1 teaching, and student assistance during shifts.
- Assess student levels and develop personalized study plans.
- Participate in mock test events at ZIM or partner locations.
- Research and write scholarly articles to support academic content development.
Qualifications:
- English certificate: IELTS 7.5 or higher, no skill below 6.5.
- Bachelor’s degree in English or English Teaching.
- Teaching certificates such as TESOL, CELTA, TEFL, etc. (can be submitted later if needed).
- Passion for English teaching; energetic and positive attitude
- Effective communication and lesson planning skills
- Understanding of English tests (e.g. IELTS format, scoring)
- Basic skills in research and academic writing
- (Optional) Interest in creating learning materials (books, videos, practice tests)

Working hours: Monday to Sunday morning, min. 6 shifts/week (incl. 3 evening shifts)
- Morning: 8:00–12:00
- Afternoon: 14:00–18:00
- Evening: 18:00–22:00
