(Mức lương: Thỏa thuận)- Handle inbound calls, assist customers with information, services, and products.
Manage and update customer information in the system.
Coordinate delivery schedules, optimize routes and frequencies based on actual demand.
Process orders, track deliveries, and collaborate with Logistics & DSP.
Handle promotional orders, giveaways, and returns per procedures.
Address customer inquiries regarding products, services, and sales programs.
Follow up on overdue payments, assist with invoice and document issues.
Manage contracts and related documents in compliance with regulations.
Monitor customer activity, support contract termination when necessary.
Provide reports and data upon request.
Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
