Job Description:
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To be an expert in Customer Service by ensuring all customer orders / samples are processed and shipped on time in professional manner
- Ensure all customer complaints are solved effectively and efficiently.
- Manage and maintain logistics systems to support customer‘s requirements
- To have strong knowledge of internal policy and procedures
- To monitor and collaborate with business team on daily sale progress vs target .
- Ensure all related activities as directed by upper management is completed effectively and efficiently.
- Carry out ad-hoc tasks assigned by Management.
- Prepare docs as ISO requirements
- Report & Projects ( to be assigned).
QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENTS
Job Qualification
- Bachelor Degree, preferably major in Economics, Foreign Trade or other related;
- Proficiency in English skills both spoken and written;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office application ( Advance Excel ), SAP is a plus
Years of experience
- More than 2 years experience in customer service, import/export or logistics/warehouse management;
Skills required
- Well-organized and detailed;
- Customer-oriented and strong negotiation
- Be patient, active, responsibilities, hard working and accurate at work;
- Ability to work under high pressure and strict deadlines;
- Good interpersonal skills
- Fast learner, comfortable to work with new system.
