POSITION SUMMARY
This role is a pivotal part of Zoetis Commercial Operations, focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences during the order placement process. The position ensures customer satisfaction by strategically managing integrated planning, fostering effective collaboration, and driving innovation across all stakeholders involved in order fulfillment—including internal teams and third-party logistics service providers (LSPs).
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer & Order Management
- Lead efficient, customer-focused order processing through cross-functional collaboration.
- Act as the main contact for CRM, legal, and trading matters (contracts, pricing, invoicing).
- Coordinate stock allocation and ad-hoc orders, ensuring availability and responsiveness.
- Ensure cold chain compliance and delivery quality with LSPs.
- Optimize digital ordering platforms (eZRX+, DMS) for a seamless customer experience.
- Track customer satisfaction and complaints, driving continuous improvement.
- Manage returns, debt visibility, and logistical materials (e.g., nitrogen tanks).
- Support CA Dx operations and customer code management.
- Oversee G2N pricing and monthly transaction validation.
Consultancy & Optimization
- Ensure LSP compliance with Zoetis and regulatory standards.
- Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction.
