Mô tả công việc
- Provide technical advice, support to the Support Teams and customer that using T24
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within a timely manner against SLA requirements.
- Identify issues, solutions, and technical requirements to both technical and non-technical teams.
- Responsible for the performance, integrity, and security of application
- Participate in the dedicated projects at a given time, fulfill project requirements in a timely and good-quality manner
- Keeping management informed of trouble spots in advance before major problems occur and proposing cost-effective solutions.
- Consult, support end-Users, business units with incidents/requests regarding customizations/modifications which has been implemented.
- Work closely with the System Analyst and Architect Teams to assist in Application related duties.
- Follow Operation process and other related process within VPBank.
- Provide internal training, guidelines for other members in the Department/team about capabilities of new technology/systems
- Other assignments assigned by CIO, Head of Center/Department or project Management (in project scope)

Trình độ đào tạo
- Bachelor degree and above
- Graduate information technology university
Kiến thức/ Chuyên môn cần có
- 1+ Experience with database software/web applications
- 1+ Experience with Java, jBase, T24, OracleDB, SQL Server, PL/SQL, T-SQL,…
- Experience with cloud, Openshift/other Container platform.
- Good knowledge about application servers and logic
- Experience using the development tools in core T24 as Version, Enquiry, Template file, Deal Slip, Report, Service...
- Knowledge of 'relational database management systems' (RDBMS)
- An understanding of Application Backups and Disaster Recovery
- Java, web, application performance tuning and best practices
- Knowledge of Linux, AIX, VMWare
- An ability to assess each customer/employee's IT knowledge levels
- An understanding of bank business processes and constraints.
