Role Purpose
The Deputy CEO will be responsible for driving the companys commercial strategy, with a focus on building partnerships with real estate developers and leading sales growth through both internal teams and external agency networks. The role requires strong leadership, financial accountability, and the ability to produce results in a competitive real estate market.
Main Objectives
Develop and maintain strong relationships with developers to secure real estate project supply
Lead, expand, and manage a growing sales team and partner network
Enhance the company's market positioning through effective brand and marketing strategies
Take ownership of revenue performance and ensure sustainable business growth
Responsibilities
Commercial & Developer Relations
Establish, expand, and manage partnerships with real estate developers
Negotiate sales policies, pricing, and incentive structures with partners
Represent the company in key external meetings and industry engagements
Sales Leadership
Design and implement monthly, quarterly, and annual sales strategies
Set and track KPIs across teams and individuals, ensuring accountability and performance
Lead the scaling of the sales team while maintaining high standards of execution
Manage affiliate brokers and third-party agencies as part of the sales ecosystem
Consolidate sales data and provide reporting to the leadership team
Marketing & Brand Development
Build and execute marketing strategies aligned with business goals
Strengthen both corporate and project-level brand visibility
Oversee digital, PR, and offline campaigns, as well as events and client engagement initiatives
Ensure consistency in messaging and brand representation across all channels
Anticipate and manage potential media-related challenges
Candidate Profile
Education & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields
Professional Experience
5-7 years of experience in real estate sales or marketing, including at least 2-3 years in a senior management role
Proven ability to build and sustain relationships with developers
Experience leading and scaling sales organizations
Familiarity with both B2B (developer partnerships) and B2C (end-buyer sales) models
Technical & Business Skills
Strong understanding of the real estate sales cycle and buyer behaviors
Financial acumen with the ability to manage revenue targets and budgets
Behavioral Competencies
Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate and scale teams
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with senior stakeholders
Strategic yet hands-on, able to drive execution as well as direction
