- Users support: Provide support to customers, dealers, and internal departments to ensure effective utilization of existing digital systems, collect user feedback to inform and plan system upgrades and improvements.
- Manage New Digital Projects: Manage assigned projects, ensuring they remain on schedule and within scope. Create essential project documentation, including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), user manuals, and training materials.

Major Duties
1) Digital System Management & Optimization: Provide support to users (customers, dealers, and internal departments) to ensure effective utilization of existing digital systems, including CRM and Mobile Applications. Collect and analyze user feedback to inform and plan system upgrades and improvements.
2) Data Analysis & Business Improvement: Conduct in-depth analysis of system usage data and other customer-related information to monitor digital platform engagement and identify opportunities for enhancing business effectiveness.
3) New Digitalization Projects: Collaborate closely with internal departments, sections, and external vendors to develop and implement new digital solutions. Manage assigned projects, ensuring they remain on schedule and within scope. Create essential project documentation, including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), user manuals, and training materials.
4) Technology Research & Innovation: Stay current with emerging information technologies, particularly in the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI). Research and propose the application of new technologies to enhance and develop business operations.
Minor Duties:

6) Technology Research: Study information technologies, particularly in the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI). Research and propose the application of new technologies to enhance and develop business operations.

Yêu cầu công việc:
Qualifications:
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Work experience required:
- From 2 years of experience in an Account Manager, Client Manager roles at a software development service company, or Business Development role within the IT, software, or technology services industry.
- Preference for candidates with experience working on software development projects or enterprise technology solutions (e.g., ERP, CRM, Cloud).
3. Knowledge:
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle, common technologies, and IT service models (e.g., Outsourcing, Product Development, Cloud Solutions).
- Knowledge of distribution and retail of Automotive or any related industries.
4. Skills required:
- Good English proficiency (all 4 skills)
- Effective presentation, interpersonal communication & negotiation skills
- Project management skills
- Data analysis skills
5. Other (if any):
- “Can-do” attitude and proactive mindset.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as a part of the team.
