Agency Strategy and Performance (Up to Manager) / Quản lý Chiến lược và Chất lượng Đại lý

1. Data Collection & Management:

• Gather and organize data from various internal systems (Core LAS, ADO, databases), cleaning and transforming data into meaningful formats of data warehousing.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across platforms.
• Storing data securely in databases or based platforms.
• Develop data warehousing, data modeling, user tools to automate/simplify manual processes.
• Maintain and update databases and dashboards to support real-time analytics.

2. Data Analysis & Reporting:

• Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, and performance insights.
• Develop and automate reports, dashboards, and KPIs for management.
• Present data-driven recommendations to improve business performance.

3. System Optimization & Process Automation:

• Assist in the development and enhancement of tools and reporting systems.
• Identify opportunities for process automation to improve operational efficiency.
• Work with AD, IT, Operations teams to implement system improvements and troubleshoot issues.

4. Business Intelligence & Decision Support:

• Support strategic decision-making by providing timely and actionable insights.
• Provide business analytics to support management team on strategy planning and execution.
• Use data-driven analysis to identify and enhance the productivity, quality and efficiency in management.
• Manage the Agency Contest budget and perform Contest.
• Control Agency Key Drivers, Agency KPIs.
• Analytical capability to mine data, interpret results, identify drivers and exceptions, communicate these findings effectively to stakeholders across the business.
• Utilize predictive analytics and statistical models to forecast business trends.
• Follow and support all projects of ASP department.
• Other jobs as requested by Line Manager.

5. Compliance & Data Security:

• Ensure data management practices comply with company policies and industry regulations.
• Implement security measures to protect sensitive business and customer data

1/ Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in an analytical field such as Computer Science, MIS, Business Analytics, Data Engineering, Economic sector, or Finance.

2/ Experience:

• 4+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence roles and reporting.
• Experience in Life Insurance fields is a plus.
• Strong or proficiency in:
  
  • Database Management: Data Warehousing, SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, SSIS, MS. Access.
  • Data Visualization: Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio, Excel.
  • Experience with statistical analysis, reporting tools, and automation: VBA, Python, R Language, MS Visual Studio.
  • Understanding of ERP, CRM, or Core Business Systems.
  • Know mathematical analysis methods in business:
