- Sales Leadership:
Manage and mentor the sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals.
Identify and cultivate relationships with key travel partners, including travel agencies, tour operators, and online travel platforms (OTAs).
Negotiate contracts and manage group bookings, conferences, and events.
Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.
Develop and manage the sales budget.
- Marketing Strategy:
Oversee all marketing activities, including digital marketing, social media, public relations, advertising, and promotions.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Collaborate with the revenue management team to optimize pricing and inventory strategies.
Manage the marketing budget and track ROI on marketing campaigns.
- Brand Management:
Oversee the development and implementation of brand guidelines.
Monitor brand reputation and manage online reviews and feedback.
Identify and develop strategic partnerships to enhance brand visibility.
- Digital Marketing:
Manage social media channels and develop engaging content to drive traffic and engagement.
Implement search engine optimization (SEO) and pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to increase online visibility.
Analyze digital marketing performance and make adjustments as needed.
- Public Relations:
Manage press releases and media inquiries.
Organize press trips and media events.
Monitor media coverage and track brand mentions.
- Team Management:
Set performance goals and provide regular feedback and coaching.
Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
