What you’ll do
- Responsible for contacting and guiding driver partners to facilitate a smooth cooperation process with Lalamove through calls;
- Explore and utilize different recruitment channels to diversify acquisition sources in order to ensure KPIs;
- Propose and implement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of acquisition channels and improve the quality of leads generated;
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to identify process pain points and suggest improvements;
- Special/ad-hoc projects will be assigned by Line Manager/ Department Manager.

What you’ll need
- Education: A degree in a relevant field is preferred. Recent graduates and final year students are encouraged to apply;
- Experience: Prior experience in operations or customer service is a plus, but not required;
- We're happy to train and develop the right person for this role;
- A full-time commitment for at least 6 months is required;
- Have a personal laptop is necessary;
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in written and spoken Vietnamese;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, is essentialOutgoing, collaborative, responsible, and well-organized individuals are preferred.
