Duties and Responsibilities
- Collect information and evidence about individuals/legal entities and their activities through online channels or directly in the market related to acts of intellectual property infringement (e.g., counterfeit product, pirate data, etc.);
- Extract information from other relevant parties to gather additional evidence related to the infringement.
- Proactively monitor the activities of production facilities/business households under suspicion or that have been processed to propose necessary legal actions for each case.
- Report on the status and results of each case to the Line Manager, execute and complete tasks within the assigned authority.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Line manager or BOD.
Requirements
- Graduated from college/university or higher.
- Proficient in office software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Experience in legal or investigative fields is an advantage.
- Proficient in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in English is an advantage.
- Have a sense of discipline, comply well with the laws and regulations of the Firrm.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and responsible for assigned tasks.
- Ability to go for business trip (if required);
- Good communication skills, ability to work in a team as well as independently.
- Have a spirit of inquiry, self-study to improve personal qualifications.
