What You'll Do
- Engage with key stakeholders as a trusted partner and valued advisor; building a deep understanding of BCG’s businesses, role requirements and desired candidate profiles
- Execute recruiting strategies to meet hiring goals and align with broader people strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders, including hiring managers, external vendors such as career services and the campus team, to build partnerships that yield consistent results, processes and credibility
- Create strong talent pipelines for current and future roles through diverse sourcing strategies; advocate, educate and influence key stakeholders on the diversity strategy, process, engagement and conversion of talent throughout the candidate lifecycle
- Articulate and represent the BCG value proposition via candidate interaction, networking events, professional networks etc.
- Leverage data-driven analytics and reporting to provide updates to key business stakeholders to drive decisions and shape recruiting activities
- Manage candidates through the recruiting process ensuring a best in class candidate experience
- Coordinate and manage logistics for recruiting events, from marketing to screening, interviewing and offer across talent pools

- Ability to deal with highly confidential information in a professional/mature manner
What You'll Bring
- BA/BS degree required plus more than 5 years professional experience, preferably in a professional services firm and in a related environment such as Recruiting.
- Experience handling mid-senior level roles within a global firm
- Strong communication skills and a proven track record in recruiting
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly in engaging with senior leaders
Who You'll Work With
You will be part of the South East Asia People Team and you will be directly reporting to the SEA Experienced Hire Recruiting Manager.
