As an FFE & CRM Executive, you are responsible for optimizing field force effectiveness and customer relationship management by leveraging performance data, implementing strategic initiatives, and supporting the sales team to drive business growth and operational excellence.
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Responsible for FFE Reporting System, Data Analysis, Maintenance, Incentive, and communication with Field Force & Marketing teams.
- Supporting FFE Manager in planning S&T timeline, communication, data collection, monitoring, analyst, and execution.
- Design and maintain a reporting system for delivering required reports (e.g., market performance, productivity, FFE monthly report, etc.), including key market performance/analysis reports. Proactively identify performance gaps and propose solutions.
- Monitor and report FFE KPIs, analysing reports to identify issues and areas for improvement.
- Manage the CRM system, including customer databases, troubleshooting, and territory changes.
- Monitor and enhance CRM usage within the Field force, identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team / Multichannel Engagement Manager to upload key messages and promotional material into the system and MRs’ devices.
- Calculate Field Force (FF) incentives to ensure timely payment.
- Manage technology, infrastructure, and digital processes, ensuring the effective use of in-house platform.
Role Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Pharmacy.
- Fluent in both Vietnamese and English, with strong communication skills.
- Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in FFE or a related sales operations/field force management role.
- Prior experience in sales or sales force operations within the pharmaceutical industry is required.
- Background in marketing or field force roles in the pharma sector is a strong advantage.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in data interpretation and presentation.
