Work Location: Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam
Main Purpose:
- Cross check the payroll, related personnel costs and PIT calculation. Ensure timely and correct booking in the financial record. - Administer the PIT filing, reconciliation and issuance of year end certification.
- Coordinate the IAS19 pension valuation every 3 years.
Main Accountabilities:
- Ensure the accuracy and timely of remuneration payments (monthly salary, annual bonus, final payments…)
- Maintain Unilever and VAS compliance of accounting treatment, booking and provisions for remuneration related transactions (provisions for personal costs related)
- Maintain full compliance of tax provision, tax declaration, tax return and tax payment of PersonalIncome Tax
- Monthly reconciliation of payroll transactions
- Provide payroll related cost to partners for budgeting and forecasting.
- Monthly analyse the actual and forecast of personnel cost for each business unit, discuss with partners for actions (if any)
- Support the IAS19 pension valuation process every 3 years
- Support providing data requirement for audits in payroll.
- Perform other tasks assigned by Line manager.

Requirements:
- University graduated ·
- At least 3-4 years of experience in working in Financial Accounting or Payroll (knowledgeable about Personal Income Tax is preferred)
