• Supervise and manage all Finance, Accounting, and HR & Administrative functions of the company.
• Lead budgeting, financial planning, cash flow management, and cost control to ensure efficient capital utilization and operational funding.
• Conduct financial analysis, develop short and long-term budgeting strategies, and provide financial insights and recommendations to the Executive Board.
• Oversee the preparation and accuracy of financial, accounting, tax, and internal audit reports, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
• Identify and propose funding sources, investment strategies, and sustainable financial development initiatives.
• Advise on major financial decisions including mergers, acquisitions, and business expansion opportunities.

• Male/Female, 35 - 45 years old
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, Financial Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a similar Finance Director or equivalent senior role.
• Proficient in English, particularly in financial and accounting terminology.
• Holding CFO and Chief Accountant certificates. Preference will be given to candidates with a Master's degree and/or international certifications such as CMA, CPA, ACCA, or CFA.
