RESPONSIBILITY
- Manages financial planning and reporting: Coordinates budgeting, forecasting, and industrial planning for Asian entities, delivering accurate monthly reports to headquarters.
- Oversees industrial accounting and analysis: Supervises industrial accounting, supports product costing, and analyzes variance reports, production efficiency, and product profitability.
- Supervises financial closings and project assessments: Oversees monthly financial closings in Vietnam and China and supports the financial assessment of industrial projects, monitoring CAPEX performance.
- Ensures compliance and manages audits: Liaises with auditors, tax advisors, and Group Finance for audits and fiscal compliance.
- Drives continuous improvement: Continuously works to improve controlling processes and tools, including ERP and BI systems.
REQUIREMENTS
- Extensive Experience: Possesses 10+ years in controlling roles within structured industrial and multinational manufacturing environments, particularly in Asia.
- Strong Technical Acumen: Demonstrates strong knowledge of ERP systems and business intelligence tools, with experience in digital transformation or process automation.
- Analytical and Strategic Thinker: Exhibits an analytical mindset and strategic thinking, capable of deep financial analysis.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (both written and spoken); Chinese language skills are a plus.
- Travel and Regional Expertise: Available for 20% travel between Vietnam and China, with knowledge of local accounting and tax regulations in the region.
