MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Welcome tenants and visitors warmly; handle check-in procedures promptly, accurately, and professionally to ensure tenant satisfaction.
Coordinate with Housekeeping and Property Management to handle tenants' requests, issues, and feedback effectively.
Supervise daily lobby operations, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, order, and service quality at all times.
Manage access control and ensure strict handling of access cards/keys as authorized.
Monitor room status and occupancy forecasts on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Ensure tenants' profiles and sensitive data are securely maintained and updated in a timely manner.
Implement and ensure compliance with approved pricing and company policies.
Prepare and submit required reports on time; handle both periodic and ad-hoc reporting.
Handle guest/tenants complaints within authority and document them in the daily logbook.
Conduct shift briefings and regular team meetings to ensure consistency in service and operations.
Prepare and manage duty rosters to ensure adequate staffing levels.
Monitor and evaluate staff performance, propose improvements, and identify training needs.
Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and hands-on training for new FO staff.
Ensure department compliance with SOPs, safety, and service standards.
Support purchasing requests related to Front Office and coordinate with other departments as needed.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
From College degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Front Office or customer service, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Experience working in residential properties, serviced apartments, or hotels is preferred.
Good English communication skills (both verbal and written)
Solid knowledge of front office operations and property management procedures.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
Understanding of local regulations related to tenant registration, visitor policies, and security.
Strong interpersonal and customer service, problem-solving skills.
Ability to lead, motivate, and coordinate a small team.
High level of integrity, responsibility, and professionalism.
