WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Lead and manage all functions of the Front Office department, including Front Desk, Telephone Operator, Concierge, and Executive Lounge operations to deliver seamless service and elevate guest satisfaction.
- Monitor daily performance and implement strategies to meet departmental goals.
- Personally welcome VIP guests and ensure personalized service for special requests.
- Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members in line with hotel standards.
- Conduct regular employee training, monthly meetings, and monitor the training tracking system for all employees to ensure their effectiveness and productivity.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Front Office Manager in a hotel or resort.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in hotel management or a related field.
- Good command of English, both verbal and written. Additional languages are a plus.
- Strong result-oriented, team management and leadership skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with strong organizational and training skills.
