Carry out check - in and check – out process.
Update occupancy & unit status details on the computer system, giving copies to authorized parties.
Check and register any tenant’s visitors, ensuring that the necessary details are obtained, i.e., passport, ID card, etc.
Receive all complaints / requests from tenants and forward to relevant departments or report directly to Line Manager. Keep tracking of the cases until it is resolved.
Answer the telephone promptly and clearly in a courteous and friendly manner.
Follow up, record, read, process information within authority and keep the FO Logbook up to date daily.
Prepare any key cards for the next day’s tenant arrivals
Receive tenant’s payment and issue a proper receipt
Perform other tasks as requested by Line Manager.

Proficient in English, fluent communication skills
Graduated from college/university in related field
No experience required but have more than 6 months experience in similar role is an advantage
Able to work in shifts: Shift 1: 6am-2pm, Shift 2: 2pm-10pm, or Shift 3: 10pm-6am (if required)
