Position Summary:
Are you a Frontend Software Engineer who finds Javascript simply irresistible? If yes, this role is for you!
We're looking for dynamic talents to join us on a mission to continue building smart marketplaces in Vietnam.
What will you be doing?
- You will be an integral part of the Chotot team
- Your primary focus will be on developing user interface components and implementing them according to ReactJS
- Collaborate closely with other product, design and engineering members.
- Be a responsible member of an autonomous, cross-functional agile team
- Develop fully functional web applications that align with business objectives.
- Proactively contribute to the improvement of delivery as well as engineering processes
Qualifications
What do you need for the role?
- Minimum 1 year experience with Front-end/Web development
- Proficiency in SEO-friendly HTML and responsive mobile-first CSS
- Proficiency in modern JavaScript and/or TypeScript
- Experienced in one or more data-rich API-driven React.js projects
- Experienced in one of server-side-render JS application frameworks (Next.js, Remix, Astro…)
- Experienced in debugging and optimize high performance web applications
- Passion for building great UI/UX design
- Familiar with Git version control tool and Gitflow
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
Would be great if you are also:
- Experienced in one of CSS preprocessors and/or CSS-in-JS solutions
- Knowledgeable of SEO and accessibility principles
- Experienced in server side Node.js
- Familiar with Docker and container
- Experienced in scrum and agile process
- Experienced in prompt engineering and/or coding with AI agents
