Sales Executive

Using a consultative approach, you’ll identify opportunities, connect with customers, and close meaningful business that contributes to both company success and your professional growth.

Main Job Responsibilities:
- Implement sales plans and achieve company targets
- Conduct daily sales activities focused on key customer segments
- Maintain strong customer relationships for continuous business support
- Explore and acquire new customers to expand the client base
- Work closely with the Operations team to align sales growth with company goals
Job Scope & Description:
- Prepare weekly sales plans and customer visit reports
- Follow up with potential customers to secure business opportunities
- Maintain strong ties with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
- Attend exhibitions and sales events to build networks and identify leads
- Share and follow up on sales leads with relevant partners when required
- Organize sales visits for overseas agents or Ensign offices when necessary
- Execute sales campaigns or promotional activities as needed
- Research external customer databases for business development
- Report progress, customer feedback, and market insights during sales review meetings
Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in freight forwarding or shipping
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Proficient in Vietnamese and English (Chinese is an advantage)
- Strong interpersonal skills and sales product knowledge
- Established customer connections preferred
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to thrive under pressure
- Good computer literacy
