About the Job
- Prepare and deliver timely and accurate internal management reports to support strategic decision-making. Conduct in-depth inventory analysis, including short-term inventory levels, DPO (Days Payable Outstanding), and DIOH (Days Inventory on Hand), and propose improvement initiatives. Perform comprehensive sales performance analysis (internal and external), identify trends, evaluate financial impacts, and support business strategies. Evaluate business efficiency through key performance indicators such as:
- DL Absorption (Direct Labor Absorption)
- MOH Absorption (Manufacturing Overhead Absorption)
- PPV (Purchase Price Variance)
- Labor cost structure and productivity analysis
- Analyze historical financial and operational data to improve monthly forecasting accuracy and enhance overall financial planning.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Supply Chain, Production, Sales, HR) to develop performance metrics, cost allocation models, and measurement dashboards.
- Build and maintain performance measurement reports (KPIs) to evaluate departmental and organizational efficiency.
- Drive cost management initiatives and identify opportunities for cost savings through variance analysis, process optimization, and waste reduction.
- Support the setup, review, and monitoring of standard costing systems; experience in standard costing is highly desirable.
- Participate in the preparation of budget plans and assist departments in achieving cost targets without compromising performance.
- Monitor financial compliance and assist in audits and internal controls as needed.

- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience in VAT refund or tax compliance support is a plus.
