Job Description
Manages the Capex and Opex budgeting, forecasting, and spending to ensure consistency and accuracy for ANZ, SEA, Japan and Korea. In addition, acts as the central point of contact for the region and will work with finance leads in India and Greater China and GRF controller to ensure that the region overall is accurately forecasting and spending. Also involved with ensuring processes are adhered to and to continually look for ways to simplify and streamline.

Roles & Responsibilities
The Senior Finance & Real Estate Specialist will be a key part of the team working with other GRF members and supporting the APAC Regional Head (RH) and the ASKJ Sub Regional Head (SRH) to manage the Capex and Opex forecasting and spend ensuring accuracy as well as engaging with local business and stakeholders on real estate solutions and facilities related topics. In addition, this role will help bring consistency and accuracy across the region through close collaboration across the region when it comes to Capex and Opex forecasting, spend management and budgeting. Additionally, this role will assist the SRH and the RH in other non-Finance GRF related activities.
Finance Management (Regional)
