The Regional Brand and Growth Marketing team covers all aspects of online and performance marketing, which involve tracking and measuring data to better reach our users. About the Team:
NSS Program Team (Non Shopee) is in charge of driving SPX logistics service adoption beyond Shopee orders targeting social sellers and individual senders. The team designs and executes data-driven programs relating to customer acquisition, conversion, and retention, while managing performance tracking, budget allocation, and cost efficiency to achieve business targets.
Combining strategic foresight with hands-on execution, NSS Program Team plays a pivotal role in scaling and commercializing SPX services.
Job Description:
- Play key role in solving diverse business topics including but not limited to:
- Driving growth strategies for seller acquisition, conversion, retention, and churn reactivation.
- Developing innovative operational and commercial solutions to unlock demand across customer segments.
- Leading P1 projects on pricing revamp, Seller Share of Wallet (SoW) growth, and sales channel efficiency.
- Coordinating feature enhancements to address seller pain points and improve user experience.
- Optimizing marketing spend to maximize budget efficiency & ADO growth.
2. Coordinate with BI/Research to conduct data analysis, cohort studies, and external research to support strategy formulation.
3. Align with Management and cross-functional teams on priorities, ensuring timely, high-impact execution.
4. Take ownership of outcomes, guide supporting members, and track performance of strategic initiatives.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of working experience of relevant experience or in Tech/ Consulting/ Corporate Strategy
- Strong analytical thinking and data analysis skills
- Strong project/ time/ stakeholder management
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to lead a small but high performing team.
- Previous E-commerce knowledge is preferable
- Experience with SQL, Tableau or other data analysis tools
- A keen sense of exploring new things
