MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
- Lead and manage the Booking & Reservations team, ensuring world-class guest services & luxury services (ex: private jet, private yacht, ...)
- Oversee booking systems, airport & onsite services, capacity checks, and VIP/group arrangements.
- Handle issues promptly to maintain a positive guest experience.
- Monitor market trends, prepare reports, budgets, and performance reviews.
- Drive efficiency by tracking KPIs and improving workflows.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferably Hospitality).
- 5–7 years of proven managerial experience.
- Strong understanding of booking & reservation systems in hospitality/E-gaming.
- Strong knowledge of visa procedures and airport services
- Experience in luxury services (private jet, private yacht, ...) are the plus
- Excellent leadership, strategic, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English; Chinese or Korean is an advantage.
