- Manage and supervise all activities of the technical department: product design, process improvement, equipment maintenance, and technical support for production.
- Coordinate with related departments (Production, QA/QC, Purchasing, etc.) to ensure efficiency and product quality.
- Review and approve technical documents, internal standards, and procedures.
- Lead and develop the technical team; assess performance and propose training plans.
- Propose technical solutions and innovations to optimize production and reduce costs.
- Report regularly to upper management.
Job Requirements:
- Experience working in a mechanical processing/manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of mechanical machinery improvement or Kaizen activities.
- Understanding of safety standards and ISO requirements.
- Proficient in technical design software such as SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
