We are a European-based electronics manufacturer with almost 30 years of experience delivering fully integrated production solutions. With in-house capabilities spanning PCB manufacturing, electronics assembly, and plastic injection moulding, we streamline the entire process, offering our partners greater speed, flexibility, and control over costs and lead times. We are expanding our manufacturing operations to Vietnam, which is located in Vinh Loc Industrial Park 2, Ben Luc District, Long An Province.
We are looking for an experienced Head of Testing & Assembly Department to lead and optimize our end-of-line operations. In this role, you will oversee all testing and assembly activities, manage inventory and warehouse processes, and ensure compliance with internal standards and local regulations. This position plays a key role in building and developing a high-performing team, improving operational efficiency, and supporting the growth of our newly established electronics manufacturing facility. Your strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration will be essential to achieving production excellence and customer satisfaction.
In this role, you will:
- Manage, coordinate, and ensure efficient Testing and Assembly operations.
- Ensure timely and accurate goods receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch processes.
- Conduct stock inventory checks and manage stock levels and quality.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local.
- Prepare reports, analyze performance indicators, and provide suggestions for process improvements.
- Collaborate with other departments and supply chain partners.
- Process documentation development, including work instructions, training guides, and internal quality standards.
- Supervise and ensure effective employee relations:
- Hire and train skilled operators, technicians, workers, and other support personnel.
- Provides employee coaching and development opportunities.
- Resolves employee issues through problem resolution.
What we expect of you:
- At least 02 years of experience as a Testing and Assembly manager or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions in a dynamic environment.
- Language proficiency: Vietnamese – required, Good command of English (spoken and written).
- Knowledge of 6S, Lean/Kaizen, and ISO systems is an advantage.
- Experience in an international environment or Southeast Asia is an advantage.
