Job Description
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Housing Attendant to join our team in the beautiful island of Phu Quoc, Vietnam. As a Housing Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay by maintaining clean and well-organised accommodations.
- Clean and tidy guest rooms, common areas, and facilities to the highest standards
- Perform daily housekeeping duties, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and inquiries
- Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel
- Assist with laundry services as needed
- Maintain accurate records of cleaned rooms and inventory of supplies
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies
Qualifications
- Secondary school education or equivalent
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is preferred
- Excellent cleaning and housekeeping skills
- Basic knowledge of maintenance procedures
- Strong time management and organisational abilities
- Keen attention to detail
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Effective communication skills in English; knowledge of Vietnamese is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties throughout the day
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- First aid certification is desirable
