The HR Admin Generalist will support the day-to-day HR and office management functions for our office. This role ensures smooth office operations while handling general HR tasks in alignment with headquarters’ policies and procedures. Key responsibilities include:
HR Administration:
- Maintain and update employee records (both digital and physical) in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, orientation, and exit interviews.
- Support payroll coordination by verifying timesheets, leave records, and expense reports before submission to headquarters.

- Assist with performance management processes, including tracking evaluations and follow-ups.
- Support recruitment coordination (posting jobs, scheduling interviews, background checks, etc.) as needed.
Office Management:
- Oversee general office operations, including supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor management.
- Coordinate office logistics (meeting room bookings, travel arrangements, courier services, etc.).
- Ensure a clean, safe, and productive work environment.
- Assist with organizing office events, meetings, and team activities.
Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure local labor law compliance and assist with audits or documentation requests.
- Prepare HR and administrative reports for headquarters as required.
- Support workplace health and safety initiatives.
Other Duties:
- Act as a liaison between the R&D office and headquarters for HR and administrative matters.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned.

Yêu cầu công việc:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years in HR administration, office management, or a similar role in a FDI environment.
- Basic knowledge of local labor laws and compliance.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), HR management systems and ERP (SAP or Oracle).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
- English proficiency is required.
