JOB OVERVIEW
At Seadev, our team members are our most important asset. We are looking for an HR & Admin Assistant who is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting both people and operations.
As an HR & Admin Assistant, you will support the daily operations of Seadev’s HR and office functions. Your responsibilities will span across recruitment, document management, event support, and administrative tasks. You will also play a part in our corporate social responsibility efforts by assisting with our Improve Lives initiatives both internal and external community-related activities.
The ideal candidate is someone who communicates clearly, enjoys working with people, and is well organized, and a self starter that takes initiative to solve problems. You will support the HR and Admin Manager in implementing Seadev’s people strategies and business goals.
The HR & Admin Assistant will report directly to the HR & Admin Manager.
What will you do?
- HR Responsibilities
- Recruitment:
- Post job ads on online platforms and social media groups: Source candidates proactively using LinkedIn, Facebook groups, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen candidate CVs, make initial phone calls and schedule interviews for hiring teams.
- Maintain candidate records and ensure smooth communication during the hiring process.
- Create and maintain a talent pool for future recruitment needs.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records and manage labor contracts.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Support payroll preparation and manage insurance and C&B documentation.
- Handle HR-related documents and filing.
- Corporate Social Responsibility (Improve Lives)
- Work with the HR & Admin Manager to execute Seadev’s Improving Lives Initiatives.
- Coordinate events and activities.
- Support construction or purchases related to Improving Lives projects.
- Administrative Responsibilities
- Support company events and internal activities.
- Support purchases and supply inventory.
- Assist with office facility operations and maintenance.
- Prepare and manage company paperwork (e.g., TRC, visa, contracts).
- Provide general admin support to departments as needed.
Requirements
- Native speaker of Vietnamese, fluent in English (writing, speaking, listening, reading).
- Bachelor's degree (preferably a Business administration or HR degree, or equivalent experience).
- 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, Office Administration, Event Management, Project Management/Coordination, Customer Service roles or similar roles.
- Friendly, personable, goals-driven, and people-focused.
- Excellent communication (in person, writing, and over the phone) and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with external stakeholders, including candidates, partners, and vendors as well as internal cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Experience in purchasing and reporting.
- Proficiency in Google Products (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.).
