Summary and purpose : This position will work closely with HR functions at Head office to handle and execute HR activities at branch like recruitment, L&OD, performance management.
Job Description
- Execute the entire recruitment process at the branch to ensure sufficient manpower is in place to support operational needs;
- Assist and execute activities of L&D, performance management and engagement at branch to meet the target of development and retention of the team;
- Consults with line management, providing HR guidance and interpretation when appropriate;
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention;
- Participate in solving employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations;
- Build up and maintain good cooperation and relations with different teams, departments and the staff in general;
- Study and observe the business operation at branch to detect and collaborate with HR functions to propose solutions/programs to fix gaps between HR and business operation;
- Support to analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR functional teams to develop solutions, programs and policies;

Support other tasks and HR projects as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience
- University degree;
-
At least 1+ year in HR field, with TA or HRBP experience to be preferred.

Relationship Management.
- Good oral and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese;
- Good knowledge about Labor law and labor market in Vietnam;
- Ability to work with tight deadlines and cope with stressful situation at work;
- Being careful, detail-oriented, self-disciplined with ability to work independently;
- Good communication, problem solving & presentation skill;
- Good planning and analyzing skill;
- Proficiency in computer skills (MS Office);
