Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job description
As an HRIS Consultant, you will be a key player in the implementation, optimization, and support of leading HRIS platforms such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors. You will collaborate with clients to align technology with HR strategy and ensure successful digital transformation within their HR functions.
Your Responsibilities
Implement and configure one or more modules within Workday or SAP SuccessFactors (e.g. Core HR, Talent, Compensation, Learning, Performance, Time & Attendance)
Gather and analyze client HR requirements and translate them into functional system solutions
Collaborate with integration and data migration teams for smooth deployment
Provide post-implementation support (AMS), including issue resolution and system maintenance
Support testing phases, go-live activities, and user training sessions
Assist with system upgrades and the rollout of new features
Contribute to change management and promote user adoption
Your Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Workday or SAP SuccessFactors (implementation or support)
Strong knowledge of HR processes and HRIS workflows
Proven experience configuring at least one HRIS module
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Consulting or client-facing experience is a plus
Workday or SAP SuccesFactors Certification is a strong advantage
Fluent in English and Vietnamese
