• Business Development: Proactively build and nurture relationships with new clients, focusing on

innovative outreach strategies

• Consulting Expertise: Partner with clients to understand their organizational challenges, diagnose

root causes, and deliver actionable solutions tailored to their unique goals.

• Conduct surveys to identify organizational challenges for client companies.
• Propose organizational improvement strategies based on identified strengths and weaknesses.
• Provide hands-on support to implement and sustain improvement initiatives.

Yêu cầu công việc:

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Japanese language proficiency (N1 level).
• 1-2 years of relevant professional experience.
• A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with a strong interest in business development.

Desirable:

• Proficiency in English or Chinese.
• Experience working with Japanese companies or international exposure (e.g., studying abroad in

Japan).

• Proven track record in organizational development or talent development projects.
• Hands-on experience in revising and implementing HR systems to drive business success.
• Prior consulting experience, particularly in diagnosing and addressing organizational challenges.
