ABOUT THE POSITION
The HR Manager will be responsible for all aspects related to organization’s human resource function. This role plays a crucial role in talent management and maintaining compliance with labor laws and regulations. Key responsibilities for him / her will include:
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Oversee talent attraction and development processes
- Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees
- Handling employee relations issues and resolving conflicts
- Administering employee benefits and compensation programs
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Collaborate with Regional/Global HR to ensure all HR strategies are deployed smoothly to studio level
- Providing guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related matters
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management role
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proven track record of successfully implementing HR initiatives
- Good understanding on Corporate Culture and act properly to ensure stakeholders are coordinated with highest alignment
- Experience in talent acquisition and employee development
- Proficient in HR software and systems
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
