Zalo is seeking an experienced and results-driven HR Business Partner to align our HR initiatives and functions with business objectives and business needs.
In this position, you will primarily act as a consultant for company management on all issues related to human resources. You should be a proactive communicator and change agent, someone who can successfully balance employee needs with business objectives to create integrated solution.

What you will do
- Partner with BU Leaders to design and executive effective and engaging people strategies. Participate in strategic workforce planning, org design, and capacity planning;
- Identify, develop current and future-ready capability requirements within assigned functions;
- Ensure that best talents are attracted, retained, developed, and succeed across the functions. Lead innovative HR solutions to address current talent concerns/issues;
- Work with other HR Functions to develop effective HR solutions to meet business needs in areas such as recruitment, reward, talent, performance management and learning;
- Provide in-depth advice and guidance to team leader on strategic HR policies and procedures to ensure they are supported in their decisions and roles as people managers;
- Oversee HR operations, ensuring smooth execution of core processes such as onboarding, off-boarding, probation review, and other employee lifecycle activities.
What you will need
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, HR or Economics;
- At least 6 years of experience in HR Management/ HRBP/ HR General;
- Strong engagement, ability to build relationships, trust, influence others and advanced communication skills;
- Strong problem-solving, analytical and multitasking skills.
