The successful candidate will assist in various HR functions, including Employee Relations, Training & Development, and Employee Services, while contributing to the organization of events and internal communications. This internship provides a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience in a dynamic HR environment and develop essential skills for a future career in human resources.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in various HR functions including Employee Relations, Training & Development, and Employee Services, etc; involving participation in key tasks and leading/following main activities.
1. Engagement & Events
- Assist in planning and organizing various employee engagement and wellness activities.
- Contribute to the coordination of special events (e.g. Engagement programs, celebrations,
holiday & family gatherings, etc.)
2. Employee Relations
- Assist in gathering employee feedback and insights to enhance workplace engagement.
- Support initiatives related to employee recognition and celebrations.
3. Training & Development
- Help organize and coordinate training programs for new employees.
- Ensure compliance with mandatory training requirements and track completion rates.
- Assist in the development and execution of training events and workshops.
4. Employee Services
- Support the collection and analysis of data related to employee programs and services.
- Provide support in HR communications and media support.
- Facilitate HR operational processes and meetings.
- Execute ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the immediate manager.

Yêu cầu công việc:
- Undergraduates or fresh graduates in the major of: Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Economics, etc, and all relevant fields.
- Strong knowledge of all Human Resources functions.
- A good command of 4-skill English.
- Passion for digital and AI tools; willingness to assess familiarity with current digital resources.
- Excellent visual design & presentation ability.
- Dynamic, learning agility, willing-to-learn attitude.
- Full-time and 6-month possibility.
